What does DB PR Solution do?
We are an election management and political PR firm. We plan and run campaigns, conduct voter surveys, manage booths, run digital campaigns, handle media and PR, and produce campaign content.
Where is your office?
Our office is in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi 110096. We work with clients across constituencies and can travel or run teams on the ground where needed.
Which elections do you work on?
Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, municipal, panchayat and party or organisational elections, as well as public outreach campaigns between elections.
Do you work with every party?
We work with candidates and organisations who want professional, lawful campaigns. Every engagement is discussed individually and kept confidential.
Services and Process
Can you handle only one part of the campaign?
Yes. Some clients take complete election management, others only surveys, social media, media and PR, or booth training. We tailor the scope.
How early should a candidate start?
Ideally several months before polling. Early work allows time for surveys, booth committees, image building and voter list checking. We can still help with shorter timelines.
How do your surveys work?
We design questionnaires, collect responses through trained field teams or phone, check data quality and analyse results by area and voter segment. You receive a clear report with recommendations.
What is a war room?
A central team that tracks campaign tasks, field reports, media and social media every day so leaders can respond quickly and fix gaps.
Digital and Media
Do you follow Election Commission rules for social media?
Yes. Political ads need pre certification from the Media Certification and Monitoring Committee (MCMC) during elections, and platforms like Google and Meta require advertiser verification. We plan campaigns with these rules in mind.
Can you manage WhatsApp campaigns?
Yes. We set up structured WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists, plan content calendars and train local teams to share accurate, approved material.
Do you write press releases?
Yes. We write and distribute press releases, organise press conferences and help leaders prepare for interviews and debates.
Fees and Confidentiality
How much does a campaign cost?
Cost depends on constituency size, scope of services and duration. After an initial consultation we share a customised proposal.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. Strategy, survey data and personal information are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with third parties.
